This immaculately renovated Topsail stunner will become your new favorite at the beach! Conveniently located on S. Topsail Drive, a short walk to the beach (there is a walkway and gated access) and to downtown Surf City and all the fun - waterfront restaurants, pier, beach shops and much more! A kitchen stocked with all the basics, bedrooms, two baths, and the most amazing deck with comfy furniture and hot tub. Super close access to the bridge, so you can skip most of the check out traffic!
The space
4 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a pull out sofa bed is available if needed.
Dogs are allowed for a pet fee of $150 per dog and agreement to our pet policy. Dogs are not allowed on furniture.
Guest access
The entire property is available to guests.
Other things to note
The light switch for one of the lights in the black bathroom is located behind the bathroom door. We provide all linens and towels, and extra linens for the pull out couch. Dishwashing detergent, basic cleaning supplies, toilet paper and basic kitchen staples are provided but large groups and/or longer stays should plan to supplement these things. They are provided as a starter for you.
